Whether it be through their own national philanthropy, a local cause, university event or other chapter's philanthropy, these women spend countless hours working to better the community. The Ladies of Oak Lane highlights some of the wonderful things the Panhellenic community does both individually and collectively.

Sisterhood Spotlight on Emma Stafford

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanor Roosevelt

Many graduating seniors are getting ready to head out into the real world in just a few short weeks.  Graduation in creeping up from right around the corner, and the stress of finding the next plan may be weighing on more than a few shoulders.

Kappa Delta sister Emma Stafford knows where she's going, and she's pursued her plan with fervor.  An entire year early, Emma is about to finish her final year at Virginia Tech and is ready for what's next.  So what is next for the young, ambitious Biology major?  Pharmacy.

Not only is she graduating a year ahead of schedule, but she was accepted a few months ago into the Virginia Commonwealth University Pharmacy School.  With a bright future in pharmaceuticals she has moved into her new home in Richmond, Va and is excited to begin her next journey.

Emma believed in her dreams of becoming a pharmacist and is well on her way to that PharmD.

Emma, proud Hokie and soon to be Ram.
