The Ladies of Oak Lane represents the 12 Panhellenic chapters at Virginia Tech and their philanthropic efforts on and off campus. Whether it be through their own national philanthropy, a local cause, university event or other chapter's philanthropy, these women spend countless hours working to better the community. The Ladies of Oak Lane highlights some of the wonderful things the Panhellenic community does both individually and collectively.

Our Mission: To enhance the perception of the Panhellenic community by showcasing chapters' philanthropic efforts.

Sister Spotlight: Nicole Adam

Our Vice President of Public Relations, Nicole Adam is our sister spotlight! Within Tri Delta, Nicole worked so hard campaigning during Homecoming Week- she organized our booths and was there whenever our candidate needed her support. Amongst all of the Homecoming-palooza, Nicole also managed to put together a phenomenal PR package! T-shirts, hoodies and hats galore! She is an inspiring sister, leader and person. Today we are also recognizing her for her Relay for Life efforts- she is an executive member this year and has done a tireless job bringing cancer awareness to VT and getting the campus excited for the Relay for Life event on April 20th, 2011 (go to vtrelay.org for more information). To show her dedication, along with convincing multiple girls in our chapter, Nicole dyed a strip of her hair hot pink in honor of breast cancer awareness month.

We are proud of you Nicole!
